OSMC is one of Northwest Missouri's most trusted orthopedic and sports medicine practices. Forty years of patient care. Generations of community goodwill. The kind of practice where patients stop the staff in the parking lot just to say thanks. Their reputation was bulletproof. Their online presence was not. The marketing hadn't kept up with the practice, so the digital front door was barely cracked open while the back of the building stayed packed.

Objective
Make OSMC as findable online as it was respected offline. Build a marketing engine that captures patients at every stage of their decision: the ones searching right now, the ones still gathering information, and the ones who'd never heard of the practice. Turn a quiet digital footprint into the obvious answer when someone in Northwest Missouri thinks "I need an orthopedic doctor."


Challenge
Forty years of trust doesn't show up in a search result. New patients in the market couldn't find OSMC because the digital signals weren't there. Facebook felt dormant. Instagram was practically asleep. The email database was full of lapsed patients with no nurture sequences pulling them back. The HurtAPP intake tool, OSMC's actual digital front door, was getting almost no traffic. Every piece of the practice was strong except the part that introduces strangers to it. They didn't need another campaign. They needed a system.
