How we work / Train your team
Your marketers, certified to run it.
You already have people doing marketing. We give them the system and a part-time marketing leader to run it with them. Every track ends in a certification, so you know they can do the work without notes.
Start with your question.

Question 1 of 10
Is this for someone like me?
If these sound like you, you're in the right place.
- You have one or more marketers on staff.
- They work hard, but without a system or a leader to run it.
- You want the know-how to stay in your business, not leave with an agency.
No marketers yet? Done for you. Some on staff? A mix of both.
Question 2 of 10
What does my team learn, and what do you do?
Your marketers do the work, track by track, with a part-time marketing leader coaching them. Pick a step to see the work.
Your team learns to
Define your ideal client and build an offer buyers compare on value, not price.
Ends in
Offer and positioning certification
Your team learns to
Run search, AI answers and paid video, with standards for each platform.
Ends in
Search and visibility certification
Your team learns to
Plan content that takes a side and makes people feel something, and turn one filming day into weeks of posts.
Ends in
Content and video certification
Your team learns to
Run the CRM, the follow-up and the handoff to sales.
Ends in
Follow-up and CRM certification
Your team learns to
Pick up sales calls where your marketing left off, with a call framework your team can learn.
Ends in
Sales conversations certification
If your team gets stretched, hand a track to us.

For your marketers
Five track certifications
Across the 12 months, your team members earn five certifications, one per track. Each has two parts: a written assessment that proves they know the framework, and a live performance assessment that proves they can do the work.
For sales conversations, that means 90% or higher on the written assessment, then a 45-minute roleplay with a certified assessor. No notes, no reference materials, no prompts, and real situations like a price objection, handled by showing the full value of the offer instead of giving a discount.
For your business
Final certification
At the end, a 90-minute final review across six areas shows your team can run the system on its own, not just describe it. Passing takes 80% or higher on all six.
It's a credential you can display publicly, renewed every year, so your market can see the system is still running.
Certification is a performance standard, not a comprehension test.
Question 3 of 10
Has this worked for a business like mine?
Here's one in progress. Regal Realtors, a real estate brokerage in Dallas, is training its marketing person with us to run its own paid recruitment campaigns.

Question 4 of 10
What happens after the first call?
Two more calls, then a 90-day plan. Nothing is signed until you know exactly what we'll do, who will do it and what it costs.
- Call 1 an in-depth look at your marketing
- Call 2 your options
- Call 3 your proposal
- Then you decide
Your 90-day plan · Example, not a client'sTrain your team
Days 1–30Offer and positioning
Audit your current marketing. Define your ideal client. Build your offer structure and strategy. Set up tracking, so every booked call traces back to where it came from. Schedule your first filming day, with a vetted local videographer we hire and direct.
Days 31–60Launch
Content, ads, funnels and follow-up sequences go live. Your channels publish consistently, mapped four to six weeks ahead.
Days 61–90Optimize
Review your first results together. Choose the single biggest opportunity to improve conversions and start a focused sprint on it.
All three paths follow this plan. On Train your team, your marketers do the work with our coaching, and their 12-month certification begins.
Want to see what your first 90 days would look like? Book a call and we'll sketch it with you.
Question 5 of 10
Who will I work with, and how often will I hear from you?
Strategy and leadership are part of every engagement: Andy and Chelsea lead your plan, and your Digital Marketing Manager runs the day-to-day work. You can reach the whole team in your own Slack channel, any time.
Behind them: paid media, graphic design and video editing.
Meetings: weekly, every two weeks or monthly, depending on your program, to review progress and results.
Content: mapped four to six weeks ahead and scheduled at least two weeks before it publishes, so nothing is rushed. You have 48 hours to approve. After month two, most clients move to trusted posting, where we publish without waiting for approval.
Question 6 of 10
How much of my team's time will this take?
Your marketers do the work as part of their normal job. The program changes how they do it, not how much.
On top of their regular work, plan for one 60-minute coaching session a week, plus about two to three hours of training and certification work.
The certification program runs for 12 months.
Question 7 of 10
What if a certified marketer leaves?
The knowledge stays in your business, not with one person.
Everything your team builds is documented in your own systems, including playbooks, processes and campaigns.
Their replacement can step into the program for the rest of your 12 months at no extra cost. If you need help finding that person, we can help you screen, select and train them for a one-time consulting fee.
We also recommend certifying at least two people, so your marketing never depends on one person.
Question 8 of 10
How fast will I see results, and what does it cost?
Some results show up in the first month. The system is built to compound over 12 months or more, and the price is built around your business.
How fast?
Some results show up fast. OSMC's Facebook views grew 366% in its first 32 days. The system is built to compound over 12 months or more, because trust and visibility build on each other. On your first call, we'll tell you what's realistic for your business.
+366%OSMC's Facebook views, first 32 days
What does it cost?
There's no standard price list. Every engagement is built around where your business is and where you want it to go.
Most owners compare us with hiring a marketing team in-house, so we've laid out what an in-house team costs, with sources. Book a call and we'll show you what yours would take.
Question 9 of 10
Am I locked in, and what if it doesn't work?
It's a 12-month certification program. The guarantee doesn't apply on this path, and here's why.
On Train your team, results depend on your team doing the work, and we won't promise something we don't control.
Everything your team builds stays documented in your own systems.
What we do commit to
- Expert coaching every week
- The full system, all five tracks
- A certification that proves your team can run it on their own
Question 10 of 10
Is this the right path for me?
Compare all three. You can change paths as your team grows.
